Criminal Law
I defend you at all stages of the criminal proceedings from the first police interview through to the main hearing as well as in the context of the execution of measures. It is important to me to inform you about your rights and to work with you on developing and implementing a defence strategy. I am committed to ensuring that you are treated fairly at every stage of the proceedings.
Legal Advice & Defense
My role as defence counsel
As your defence counsel, I accompany you through all stages of the criminal proceedings, from the first interview through the investigation phase to the main hearing. I represent you both in criminal proceedings and in cases where placement in a forensic therapeutic centre is under consideration, including proceedings relating to measures detention.
Early defence
Many decisive mistakes occur at a very early stage of criminal proceedings, in particular during the first police interview. This is especially true in cases where issues of criminal responsibility or possible placement in measures detention may arise. Early legal representation is therefore essential. I consistently assert and protect your rights from the outset.
Criminal enforcement and measures detention
I represent and support individuals both prior to a possible placement in measures detention and during ongoing criminal or measures enforcement.
During enforcement, I advise and represent you and your relatives in all legal matters, including applications for prison privileges, review and complaint proceedings, and release perspectives. Even during enforcement, legal rights and options remain. My aim is to create realistic prospects for the future.
